"Availability of Tea Tree products that I like. Rapid and desired service from Brandi. I'm retired military, so when I get a haircut, I give numbers "8 on the top, 3 on the sides and back, tapered" for the winter and "6 on the top, 2 on the sides and back, tapered" for summer. Your folks understand this and they understand me. I like that customer-centric focus. You made a lifelong customer."
