I visited Jamie O. today for a haircut. She was very friendly and asked several questions before my haircut began. I have grey hair that can be difficult to manage and she made some suggestions tailored to my hair style that worked out perfectly. It is very evident she knows her craft. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Absolutely terrible workmanship. If I had the ability to post pictures you’d be able to see the inability to fade hair, the chunks of hair all over left uncut and the uneven hair on top. My boys look like their cut their own hair and my husbands hair is a mess. My husband and boys were all cut by three different ladies and when we went back we were told that we’d have to wait for the specific lady to fix the hair and that it would take over an hour. My husband and boys will never go back. The work is shotty and there is zero customer service. The barbers need to go to an actual barber school and learn how to cut men’s hair.

I've brought my 7yr. old son here 3 times and his stylist is Sunny. Sunny is so very caring, nice, sweet, professional and personable especially to my son. She is great with my 7 yr. old son, because my son is so very picky and sensitive to who cuts his hair, he chose Sunny and really is very comfortable and trusts Sunny with his haircut. He really likes how she cuts his hair with him and is sensitive to him, that's why he trusts her. Sunny deserves a big raise! I had the best experience, started off by being greeted within seconds of walking through the door. I wanted advice on products and also needed some " me time" so I did the Triple Play Package which was exactly what I needed. The young lady (Stylist) was very knowledgeable about the products and what would ( and did ) work for my hair. The space is great as well, clean, bright, lots of sports on the tvs to watch and friendly conversations going on. I did not have a long wait at all and the online waiting times guide was accurate. Thanks for the great service !

Horrible experience! I live in the neighborhood and have been here about 4-5 times. After my last visit on 10/30, i will never return. I encourage anyone considering a hair cut to go somewhere, anywhere, else! I have had a different "stylist" every time I came to the store. It is a crap-shoot if you get anyone who know how to give a haircut. However, it is right on my way home, so i tried one more time on 10/30. When i walked into the office, there was a screaming ~2 year old in the waiting room. Some big lady was there trying to quiet him, so i assumed that it was a customer waiting for a haircut. I should have turned around and walked out, but i thought the lady would do the decent thing and walk the screaming baby out of the office. I was greeting by someone with purple hair and a bad haircut, and that should have been my second clue to get out fast. However, i didn't! I wanted to give her a chance. Let me pause here and give what i consider the "experience" that you want to portray at one of your offices. You have sports on the television and offer "packages" for relaxation and a pleasant experience for a primarily male clientele. Well, if you have a screaming two year old throwing such a fit that you can't hear the televisions, i think that would be a problem! But the "stylists" would just laugh and say "how cute!". It wasn't cute!!! It was a horrible experience!!! However, they were laughing because the crying brat was one of the stylists kids! The other, slightly older daughter, was sweeping up the hair cuttings while the mother cut hair! The screaming two year old would just walk back and forth from the waiting room to the mother-stylist, while the other stylists laughed, and the four year old cleaned up hair clippings. it was the opposite experience of what SportsClips spends millions of dollars for advertising. I know this isn't a high end salon, but i would encourage everyone to go anywhere else for a haircut!
